Police Releases Statement On The 2017 National Security Summit|FortNews

The police has released a statement on the National Security Summit currently holding in Abuja. 

In a press release, obtained by FortNews, the police image maker, CP Jimoh Moshood advised members of the public not to panic over the display and demonstration during the Summit.

“This is to inform members of the general public most especially those in Abuja and environs that there will be display and demonstration by Special Police Forces and other Police detachments during the National Security Summit at the International Conference Centre Abuja, on the 11th of May, 2017 from 10am in the morning.

2.    The exercise will entails Police Helicopters hovering/maneuvering and rappelling to rescue demonstration, EOD, K9 and Police riders’ display.
3.     The general public is hereby implored not to panic on hearing of gun shots and Police Helicopters hovering around and within the International Conference Centre and other areas of Abuja metropolis.”
